A confusing buying journey
Unclear browsing and too many steps before payment. We build a direct path from product to cart to checkout.
We build online stores as custom code with UI/UX design: a storefront where customers browse, add to cart and check out, and an admin dashboard where you manage products, inventory and orders.
An online store is more than a site that lists products. It's a selling system with two halves: the storefront (product browsing, product pages, cart, checkout) and the admin dashboard where you run products, inventory and orders.
We design and build both together, so buying is clear for the customer and running the store is practical for you.

An admin dashboard for products, inventory and orders, instead of spreadsheets and scattered messages.
The design is responsive on every device, and speed optimisation is part of the Business and Advanced packages.
We set up shipping, and connect an online payment gateway in the higher packages, so options are clear at checkout.

They open a category or search for a product, view its page, pick a size or colour if there is one, add it to the cart, and check out.
Every step should answer one question: what is this, what does it cost, and what happens next? So we design the product page, cart and checkout as one path rather than separate pages.
The order is created in the dashboard, payment is confirmed, the order is prepared and shipped, and its status is updated.
We walk through the whole journey in how the e-commerce order lifecycle works.
The Business and Advanced packages include an online payment gateway and advanced shipping setup. Starter includes basic shipping setup without online payment.
Integration with payment gateways and shipping services depends on the project's requirements, the market, and whether a technical integration is available with the service provider, so we confirm that a connection is possible before the project starts. We don't list specific providers here. Once payment and shipping are connected, the store receives notifications from outside services; verifying them and handling duplicates matters, and we explain why in e-commerce webhooks.
An SSL certificate is included in every store package, speed optimisation is included in Business, and advanced performance optimisation in Advanced.
We also review how the store works on different screen sizes, especially browsing products, the cart and checkout on a phone.
Yes, you add products and manage stock and orders from the dashboard. The product limit at handover is 100, 250 or 500, depending on the package.
We develop the store so it isn't boxed in by a ready-made theme, and extra features can be discussed later as needed.

We review the buying journey, the store's speed and how it works on different screen sizes before launch.
Domain, hosting and SSL are set up, then the store is delivered with 15, 30 or 60 days of support, depending on the package.
